Accept who you are, here and now.



The first step to finding peace and turning the key to change is to ACCEPT who you are and how you are!

The peace of loving who you are gives you clarity to change your habits and attitudes for love.

There is a lot of noise from the outside, saying that for you to be valuable you need to wear a size X or weigh a size Y, go on the fad diet, wear socially acceptable clothes...

There are so many standards imposed from the outside that it becomes increasingly difficult to listen to yourself, listen to your inner self and understand what is really important to you!

Don't blame yourself for not having paid attention to what's really important to you until now. It could be that you're consuming the wrong information or relying on an unrealistic person.

In the real world you are allowed to be imperfect!
